The 6th grade physical education curriculum is designed to focus on areas of health related physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Students will be exposed to a variety of activities that will encourage growth in these areas. With a variety of activities offered, our hope is for students to find an activity that they love to participate in for life- long fitness and enjoyment. Students will also participate in an activity based health unit each quarter.
